Abstract:

Nowadays, due to the competitive conditions of global market, corporations try to outsource their extraneous processes to third-party suppliers. So, selecting a proper supplier play a significant role in organization success. The supplier selection problem can be viewed as a group decision-making problem with multiple criteria. Since in previous researches the inter relationship between criteria and sub-criteria lacks attention, this paper presents a new model which considers these relationship.Firstly, this model has determined interrelationships between criteria through Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), and then calculated the relative weights of each sub-criterion by considering their interactions and using the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). Finally, the optimal supplier has been selected by applying obtained relative weights to calculate performance score of candidate suppliers in each sub-criterion and using fuzzy Choquet integral (a non-additive fuzzy integral) to remove the effects of sub-criteria interactions on performance score. A case study of an automotive brake system manufacturer in selecting its machining outsourcing suppliers is illustrated to demonstrate our model applicability in practical cases. The analytical results of this case study demonstrate the capability of the proposed model for solving group decision-making problems.

Abstract:

These days, limited energy resources, and also the cost of investment in new and renewable energy is very costly and uneconomical. In the industrial sector, especially energy-intensive industries such as steel, finding appropriate solutions to update the technology, production and reduce energy consumption in this sector is very important. The main aim of this study is the identification and ranking the methods to reduce the cost of energy consumption in the steel industry with the MCDM approach, that Mobarakeh Steel Company is the largest firm economic basis in our country. The population of this research, experts in Mobarakeh Steel Industries of Esfahan city, which are composed of 10 experts. In this study, three questionnaires for screening of selected indicators, prioritize important measure known and set relationship among parameters using fuzzy Dematel approach and determine the extent of the relationships between variables using network analysis process (ANP), is used. The outputs of this research show that the steelmaking and casting, steelmaking, blast furnace, accumulation and withdrawal, carriage, coking, iron making, rolling, agglomeration and converter have the most energyconsumption

Abstract:

The current paper studies the relationship between organizational spirituality and organizational health in the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance consisting of 168 employees. Data were gathered using two questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the academic and organizational experts, and the reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software applying Spearman correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of Spearman correlation revealed significant positive relationship between organizational spirituality and organizational health. Moreover, the results of the stepwise regression analysis indicated that organizational health can be predicted by organizational spirituality.

Abstract:

Supplying required human resource is one of the strategic goals of an organization. Therefore, organizations plan and predict the required human resources in order to prevent this problem.Present study using practical approach seeks to assist organizations to achieve their various goals in human resources planning. The designed model in this study clarifies vague, inaccurate, and fuzzy expressions and gives credit to planning model. The basic assumption in this study was the significant difference between the results of the deterministic and the fuzzy human resource planning models in the statistical society. The data were obtained with the help of lingo software. Then, these data were analyzed using paired samples T test and SPSS software. The comparison of the measure of objective function with unfavorable deviations from goals in deterministic and fuzzy models indicated that the fuzzy model had less unfavorable deviations from goals and provided results that were more accurate.Further, the results indicated that the organization should pay more attention to the teleworking manpower in order to achieve its goals in the human resource management.

Abstract:

This paper aims to use a priority framework based on Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) to help organizations build awareness of the critical influential factors affecting successful implementation of KM. To identify critical influential factors, the authors studied and reviewed relevant literature from numerous fields of study associated with the essential issues of KM. This research uses the DEMATEL method as the tool that determines the Prioritization and Influence severity of each factor. The results show culture infrastructure and top management have great impact on success of KM implementation among main aspects. Among criteria of cultural infrastructure‚ acceptance of knowledge sharing with the positive attitude has Great Influence on other criteria. In addition, among criteria of top management‚ Support and commitment has Great Influence on other criteria. The procedure proposed here can help organizations to build awareness of the critical influential factors affecting successful implementation of KM. The procedure proposed here can also help organizations that determine the Prioritization and Influence severity of each factor. The DEMATEL methods can assist decision makers to make better decisions for knowledge management success.

Abstract:

Selecting an appropriate manufacturing machine is a very important and complex problem for firms, which usually have to deal with both qualitative and quantitative criteria. Taking into account the differences among machines in terms of cost, speed, quality and after sale services, type and number of machines are important parameters to consider. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to propose the most optimal model for machine selection focusing on cost and quality of products. To achieve the goal of the paper Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used. Finally, a case study is illustrated to demonstrate the potential of the proposed model for the selection of machine.
