Abstract:

In order to establish a comprehensive and complete in order to provide better services to respond efficiently and with maximum customer satisfaction, Insurance strategy of devolving services to office counter services by the government health insurance was carried out. In this study examines the various aspects and implications of this important North Khorasan Province has been insured satisfaction. The study population consisted of people insured under the Health Insurance Office of North Khorasan, and the number is 690 thousand. Since this study was to survey the population of all insured under the Health Insurance Office of North Khorasan up, The census method was used Data collected by questionnaire, interviews and data analysis of descriptive statistics spss software and software LISREL factor analysis and structural equation is used. The output from the statistical tools and results of this study, all hypotheses were confirmed It is worth noting that the results of the customer satisfaction (insured) received by the Insurance Services Office Dfatrpyshkhvan government services in the field of health insurance North Khorasan is highlighted.
