The goal of current research is explaining the relationship between knowledge management on organizational learning and presenting approaches for improvement of organizational learning of staff at general directorate of port and maritime organization in Guilan province though implementing knowledge management. Method of the research was surveying and the aim of the research was applied one. Statistical society of the research is staff port and maritime organization at Guilan province that the statistical sample number is 97 people. Tools of measurement in this research are questionnaire having 47 questions that its validity has been calculated 0.979 through cronbach’s alpha. For data analysis by using indices of descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, skewness and elongation and for data testing pearson correlation and multiple linear regression from software Spss 20 has been used. In current research for knowledge management (independent variable) indices of 1- knowledge identification 2- knowledge acquisition 3- knowledge distribution 5- knowledge exploitation6-knowledge saving has been seemed that the effect of each of them on organizational learning (dependent variable) at statistical society of staff at port and maritime organization in Guilan province has been considered. Base on the result main hypothesis and all subordinate hypothesis of the research have been confirmed and the effect of knowledge management on organizational learning is positive. After testing by multiple regressions, simultaneously between independent and dependent variable of the research it was distinguished that 83.1 percent of organizational learning changes are affected by variables of knowledge acquisition, knowledge distribution and knowledge exploitation.
