Nowadays the cinema narrative is one of the most important narratives in forming individual and collective subjectivities. This passage can be considered at various aspects. The following research is to emphasize on the popular Iranian cinema during 2001-2006, due to the representation of Ethic in the most selling Iranian Films. This research, along representing an ethical narration will indicate what films have been the best sellers of the year. Therefore this will be a perspective for ethical interpretation of this group of society. In this research, six most selling Iranain Films during 2001-2006 are studied via the semiotic method. It is notibeable that despite various differences in theses works, (genre, author…) similar binary oppositions are found. Meanwhile a similar ethical discourse has dominated the work. In the content of the works, tolerence, honesty, joy and pure relationships are desirable and the preference values. In most works, the paradox in the narrative's style and the preference values on tolerance, exist yet others are represented unfairly.
