According to high volume of oil vegetable importing in our country which cases 380 million $ out of this country, therefore the Agriculture ministry, in the second development project, prepared a very complicated plan for seeding olive about handed thousand hectares of country lands.
By taking a glance at FAO organization statistics, it’ll be relapsed that 40% up to 60% of olive gardens exploitation expenses, are centralized in harvesting process, hence a special instrument was designed to solve this problem. This instrument which is based on pneumatic system is consisted of different elements. These are the most important of them Nozzle, Cyclon, Fan & flow control system.
During designing stage, these factors seemed to be essential to be mentioned: Drag force, Project area, Mass, Density, Prosity, Volume & constant spring between fruit, stem and at last either between stem and branch. These were performed in a random selection and without replacing in the form of statistic plan.
This design has got a special maneuver capability and just with a few changes in it, it’ll be possible to be in the shape of handy, mounted and then it’ll undergo the assembly line. In other word this instrument can perform it’s task not only in mechanized gardens but also on the slope lands. The mass production of this instrument is on important step forward in reducing the olive gardens exploitation expenses.
