In this project a new way for constructing of a photoreceptor with polymeric substrate was proposed by studying Xerographic processes, photoconductive materials which used in OPC and IPC photoreceptors, the method of making drum and plate photoreceptors.
For making this photoreceptor, firstly the design and construction of subsystems by using of conclusion of (226-11) project were done, and then Al, Al2O3 and Se were coated on polymeric substrate. By using various polymers as substrate, different types of photoreceptors were made.
Finally the electrostatic measurements were done on these photoreceptors and using of these new photoreceptors in Xerox machines was considered.
