Introduction: Infertility is one biopsychosocial Crisis. Biological dysfunction in social and Psychosocial burden of infertility are the most important background for this study. Research is upon intractional role of fertility with body image and Psychosocial evolution.
Methods: Study populations are 120 fertile men in Tehran and 120 infertile men referring to Avicenna infertility center. Two questionnaires consist of “Multidimensional body and Self relation” &” Psychosocial evolution”. Analytic methods are: Multivariable analysis, Variance analysis, Pyerson correlation and T-test.
Results: Body image and Psychosocial evolution are more positive in fertile group than infertile group. Interaction role of fertility was confirmed in two subscales: body satisfaction and weight self assessment.
Conclusion: Not only body image but also psychosocial evolution is affected by infertility.
