Today, the organization environment is very complex and competitive. So, the organization needs dynamic and flexible human resources for respond to these complexities. The study has introduced emotional intelligence as an influencing factor in the development of dynamic human resources in organizations; and then, it examined the role of emotional intelligence to improve the quality of working life.
This study is an applied research considering its aim and it is descriptive and correlation survey research considering its data collection. Research population includes all employees of the Shahid Rajaei Port Complex. The Sampling is done by Cochran formula; and it determined equal to 280 samples. So, the study is used to select suitable sample from classified sampling method. In this study, it is utilized the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and measurement and structural equation tests. The results of Pearson correlation test show that, hypotheses have been confirmed with 95% confidence. Therefore, work life quality is predicted by emotional Intelligence dimensions.
