Life for coastal population have been always dependant on marine activities. Access to open sea for tarde was one of the main benefits for this people. In this regard, people of Sistan and Baluchestan province from long time ago used trade with Persian Gulf areas, India, Pakistan and East Africa as one of their main incomes. Meanwhile Maritime safety practically have been always one of the challenges to this kind of marine traditional activities. Human element ever been as one of most effective elements to maritime safety and training as one of the key concepts for promoting human elemnt can have influential effect on this elemnt in marine casualties.
This research titled “Impact of Maritime Professional Trainings on Promotion of Safety of Cargo vessel Launches in Ports of Sistan and Baluchestan Province” initially describes maritime training for operative traditional vessels in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Then after recognizing existing elements in the trainings, with help of statistical information examines the effectiveness of each element on maritime safety. In this research each element examined regarding its effectiveness on maritime safety prior and after training using Paired T test, finally the effectiveness level of the existing trainings on maritime safety onoperative traditional vessels in Sistan and Baluchestan province is assessed.
Findings in this research shows that each existing elemnt in the trainings is effective for promoting maritime safety and overally all this maritime trainings as a whole is also effective on maritime safety on traditional vessels in Sistan and Baluchestan Province and eventually promoted it.
