Rainfall-Runoff analyses are a major part of water resources management projects and have been studied during last decades. Most of these studies are site specific and can not be recommended in other regions of the world. In present study, attempts have been made to develop a model for determination of flood peak discharge in Halilroud basin, Kerman province. The result of the study showed that there exists a significant relation between peak discharges, 24 hr maximum rainfall, return period, slop and area of basin, but forests and plant vegetation area did not have any significant relation with peak discharge. The recommended model for this basin did a better job comparing to the other models used in this study.
