Technological and commercial studies on algal production indicate that they have used in various production lines. Algal have several advantages beside of replacement of conventional sources of drugs, fuels, food, … . The production of them is easy and some of them can cultivate in unusable lands. The principle habitat of them is water wich is 4.5 of earth, … .
Some of the uses of algae are following:

II- Feed: Protein/ Vitamin supplements in feeds for poultry cattle, fish & bivalves.
III- Therapeutics: ?- Carotene, algal antibiotics, prostaglandins, … .
IV- Pigments: ?- Carotene as food color and food supplement, phycobilins as food color, in diagnostics and analytical reagents.
V- Source of fine chemicals: Glycerol used in foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fatty acids, lipids, waxes, sterols, hydrocarbons, amino acids, vitamins C & E
VI- Fuel: Long- chain hydrocarbons
VII- Hormons: Auxins, gibberellins and cytokines
VIII- Biofertilizer, soil conditioner, wast treatment
