Dealing with the two subjects of hopelessness and hopefulness is one of the features of the poetries by the poets. Various factors, backgrounds and procedures have influenced upon formation of the mentioned subjects.
They also influenced on creation of poetic expressions and images and poetries special tone.
Hopelessness and hopefulness, in both classic and contemporary poetries, are not paid so much attention in the poetries by some and are paid much attention in the poetries by some others. Hopelessness and hopefulness enjoy various types.
The present study deals with deals with the poetries of the various poetic movements in both classic and contemporary period whist relying on the life and attitude of the poets and the political and social evolutions of the classic and contemporary periods for analyzing and comparing the various poetic discourses and probing the causes for hopelessness and hopefulness in their poetries.
