Using an applied research by the way of descriptive survey at all of nursing schools of the Tehran Medical sciences universities, on "educational nursing research priorities", the mastery nursing teachers’ views were analyzed.
The sample of this research contains 78 hursina instructors who are occupying at any of nursing schools above.
The instrument for data collection in this study is an questionnaire that included (40) research.
area nursing education in nine separate parts.
Using ordinal scales, the views of each units about research priorities has acquired.
Furthermore, two open ending questions have recognized to get the extra (joining) views.
This verified questionnaires have used after modifying flying glances.
Using descriptive and ineffective statistics, the data of this research have analyzed.
The information have summanied in 17 tables.
according to the results of this study. Some of the most important prioities in nursing educational research are in clued.
1- Impediments (gap) between theoretical teachings.
clinical teaching and nursing services.
2- Educational techniques of clinical skills.
3- Clinical evaluation techniques.
4- Educators selection criterion.
5- Continuing Education.
6- Social health nursing.
7- Medical- Surgical nursing.

In addition, the results show, there is no dependency of Mastery or educational past experiences with the research priorities. But, some other precedents such as management of investigations or co-operations under the title of professor or advisor are so effective.
Of course, in accordance with the results, there are some suggestions for further studies in this case, totally.
