چالشهای مشروعیت و کارآمدی دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چالش از مفاهیم اساسی و کلیدی در علوم سیاسی- اجتماعی به شمار می رود و تمامی دولتها به گونه ای با آن مواجه می شوند. دولتها مجبورند برای تبدیل نشدن چالش به بحران استراتژی های مختلفی را در معرض آزمون قرار دهند. چرا که عدم شناخت چالش می تواند دولت را با مشکلات نهادی و غیرنهادی مختلف مواجه سازد و مشروعیت و کارآمدی آنها را دچار نوسان و گهگاهی با بحران روبرو سازد. یکی از این دولتها، دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که قصد بر این است تا در این پژوهش چالش های مشروعیتی و کارآمدی آن را در عصر جهانی شدن بررسی کنیم و ببینیم که اولا چالش های این دولت در دو حوزه مشروعیت و کارآمدی کدامند و ثانیا جهانی شدن چه تاثیری بر این چالش ها دارد. برای بررسی این امر از دو رویکرد مشروعیت وبری و نهادگرایی استفاده شده است.

The challenge is the one of crucial concepts in political and social science and confront with it all of the states. The states should test different strategies for not transforming it to the crisis. Because, not knowing the challenge can confront state with different institutional and non-institutional problems and unstable, and sometimes crises in, their legitimacy and efficiency. Islamic Republic of Iran is one of these states and we want survey its legitimacy and efficiency challenges in globalization age in this research. In fact, we tend to explain whether, firstly what are its legitimacy and efficiency challenges and, secondly what are globalization’s effects on these challenges. For explaining and analyzing these questions, we use weberian’s legitimacy and institutionalism approaches.
