This study to investigate on the effects of anti-bacterial, antifungal and cytotoxic of two species of sea cucumbers including Holothuria leucospilota and Bohadschia marmoratathat collected from the coast of Hormozgan province. After the samples collected, dried and ex-tracts them and usi organic solvents for samples preparation. Cytotoxic properties, antibacte-rial and antifungal properties determined in different concentrations on the extractions of Ar-temia larvae by using the Diffusion disk method.
In this study, some types extraction of three tissues including muscle, and Coelomic fluid and defense organ of selected sea cucumber species tested on the larvae of Artemia salina and five strains of bacteria and fungi, including Staphylococcus aureus as Gram-positive bac-teria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa as Gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli as Gram-negative bacteria, Candida albicans as a yeast and a fungus Aspergillus niger.
Test of diameter growth from all three strains Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas ae-ruginosa and Escherichia coli, and three extractions consist of ethilasetate, methanol and wa-ter - methanol obtained from three defensive organs, muscle and Coelomic fluid of both spe-cies Holothuria leucospilota and Bohadschia marmorata was zero. Just about one kind of fun-gi and one kind of yeast including Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans showed some an-tibacterial activity. In general, results showed that methanolic extractiuon of muscle species Holothuria leucospilota had best results from cytotoxic extract water – methanol, and coelom-ic fluid had same results on the species of fungus Aspergillus niger in inhibition.
