Abstract: 

From geological point of view Sephidabeh antimony prospect is a small part located in the eastern geogical zone of iran, with series of eocene to miocene clastic rocks (Eocene flysch, Oligocene Congolomerat and Oligomiocene clastic) and Quarternery sedimants.
The highest correlation coefficient between Sb and Hg is good reason for existing mercury in this ore deposit although its mercury is not economically important. The fluid inclusion study on quartz and calcit shows that the sephidabeh ore deposit salinity percentage is equal to 12% of salts salinity and the average of its formation temperature is 170oC According to fluid inclusion density, salinity value and hemogenization temperature, we can find that, this ore deposit is epithermal. All evidences shows that the most important factors controlling mineralizations are structural and chemical factors. Low temperature, low salinity, ore deposit formation in shallow depth, the main rule of metoric fluids in ore deposit formation and texture and structural characteristics of minerals, all show that the antimony ore eposit is epithermal according to Bills and Orris, 1986. Classification, the sephidabeh ore deposit is stibnite-quartz deposit.
