Abstract: 

HUMAN RESOURCE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT PROCESS IS ONE OF THE MOST FEATURES IN GUIDANCE, LEADERSHIP AND UPGRADING THE HUMAN RESOURCES KNOWLEDGE TO ACHIEVE ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS. MAJOR EDUCATION PROCESSES, INCLUDING TRAINING REQUIREMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF TRAINING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MECHANISMS ALL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE CHANGES AND A MOVEMENT IN ALL UNITS OF ORGANIZATION. THEREFORE INFORMATION LITERACY EDUCATION IS OFFERED FOR THE CONTINUOUS IMPLEMENTED OF COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY MANAGEMENT, TECHNIQUE IMPROVEMENT, AND OPTIMAL USE OF LIMITED RESOURCES AND UTILIZATION OF PROCESS STRATEGIES IN THE ORGANIZATIONS. COMMENTS ON THIS TYPE OF TRAINING COULD BE SEEN IN PROMOTING THINKING STRATEGIC AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF FUTURES STUDIES.
INFORMATION LITERACY TRAINING FOR HUMAN RESOURCES PRESENTS SOLUTIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONS KEY GOALS IN THE AREAS OF NEED-ASSESSMENT, SELF-ASSESSMENT, AND LIFELONG LEARNING PROCESSES.
