Abstract: 

ONE OF THE SPECIALTIES OF TODAY'S ENVIRONMENT IS THE GROWTH OF COMPETITION LEVEL. ORGANIZATIONS WHICH DESIRE TO INCREASE THEIR MARKETS AND EARN PROFIT SHOULD ACCOMMODATE TO THE ENVIRONMENT'S CHANGES. THEREFORE, MANY CHANGES ARE FORMING IN TRADE AND BUSINESS POLICY. ONE OF THEM IS BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING WHICH IS DEFINED A BASIC RETHINKING AND FUNDAMENTAL REDESIGNING OF BUSINESS PROCESS TO IMPROVE ORGANIZATION PROCESS. ONE POTENTIAL FACTOR IN BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING IS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO REACH IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FILED OF PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING. BUT, FOR APPLYING RE-ENGINEERING IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CONVERT FIRST THE TRADITIONAL VIEWPOINT PROCESS TO THE PROBLEMS AND THEN THE INVESTIGATION OF TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION FOR THEM.
