IN THIS PAPER, THE DIRECT LINEAR METHOD (DLM) IS APPLIED TO ANALYZE THE TOLERANCES OF PARTS OF TURBOMOLECULAR HIGH VACUUM PUMP. HERE THE MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES OF FIVE PARTS OF PUMP WHICH INCLUDE: SHELL, STATOR, HEAD, ROTOR SHAFT AND ROTOR BLADES ALONG AXESSYMMETRIC AXES ARE OBTAINED.
