Abstract: 

IN THIS PAPER, SOME PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISMS, INCLUDING CLOSTRIDIUM BOTULINUM ARE INTRODUCED THAT THEY CAN GROW AND MULTIPLY AND CAUSE SPOILAGE IN VACUUM CONDITIONS INSIDE OF CANNED FOODS. CONSUMPTION OF FOOD CONTAMINATED WITH THIS TOXIN CAN BE DANGEROUS MICROORGANISMS THAT CAUSE DISEASE BY OBSERVING SOME SIMPLE TIPS, WHICH CAN BE PREVENTED.
