Abstract: 

FE3O4 NANOPOWDERS WITH DOPING ZN IN VARIOUS MOLAR RATIOS (ZN/FE=0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1, 0.125) WERE SYNTHESIZED BY CO-PRECIPITATION METHOD AND DRIED UNDER VACUUM ENVIRONMENT. THE CRYSTALLINE STRUCTURES WERE INVESTIGATED BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD), FOURIER TRANSFORM INFRARED SPECTROMETRY’S (FTIR) AND TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (TEM).THE X-RAY DIFFRACTION PATTERN INDICATE THE FABRICATION OF FE3O4 IN ALL OF THE SAMPLES. THE TEM IMAGES REVEAL UNIFORM DISPERSION’S SIZE AND SPHERICAL FORM FOR FE3O4: ZN NANOPARTICLES.
