Abstract: 

NANOSTRUCTURE THIN FILMS OF BOROMOALUMINIUM-PHTHALOCYANINE (BRALPC) AND PBPHTHALOCYANINE (PBPC) WERE IN ORDER DEPOSED ON A GLASS SUBSTRATE BY ELECTERON BEAM GUN (EBG) TECHNIQUE. SANDWICH DEVICE COMPOSED OF HETEROJUNCTION OF BRALPC AND PBPC (AL/BRALPC/PBPC/AL) WERE PREPARED IN OUR LABORATORY. THE AC ELECTRICAL BEHAVIOR OF HETEROJUNCTION DEVICES OBSERVED OVER THE FREQUENCY RANGE 102-105HZ AND TEMPERATURE RANGE 303 TO 403 K. CAPACITANCE AND DISSIPATION FACTORS (TAND) DECREASE WITH INCREASING FREQUENCY AND INCREASE WITH INCREASING TEMPETURE. THE OBTAINE RESULTS FROM MEASUREMENTS DESCRIBED BY THE THEORY OF SIMMONS ET AL.
