Abstract: 

IN THIS STUDY, SNO2NANOPARTICLES WERE SYNTHESIZED AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES BY CHEMICAL PRECIPITATION. THE PARTICLES WERE STUDIED USING XRD, SEM AND TGA. X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD) STUDIES CONFIRMED THE SNO2 TETRAGONAL STRUCTURE OF THE SPECIMENS AND THE SEM IMAGES SHOWED THE MEAN PARTICLES SIZE DECREASE WHEN THE TEMPERATURE INCREASES. TGA ANALYSIS SHOWED THAT BY INCREASING TEMPERATURE, MASS IS DECREASED.
