Abstract: 

THE EMPOWERMENT OF THE PEOPLE WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND FOR PRODUCING IT WE SHOULD INVEST. IT MEANS WE COULD EMPOWER PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOBS BECAUSE ALL OF THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO LEARN NEW THINGS. ACCORDING TO THE WIDE RANGE OF EDUCATION AND LEARNING IN THE NEW WORLD, LEARNING HOW TO TREAT (EDUCATION) IS SO IMPORTANT.
THE PRESENT STUDY WITH THE AIM OF INVESTIGATING THE IMPACT OF EDUCATION ON PERFORMANCE OF THE VILLAGE MANAGEMENT OFFICES (DEHYARIES) IN GILAN PROVINCE OF IRAN WAS CARRIED OUT. A SURVEY-DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY WAS ADOPTED IN WHICH 839 DEHYARIES CONSISTED AS STATISTICAL POPULATION. OUT OF THESE, 149 DEHYARIES WERE SELECTED AS SAMPLE USING A MULTI-STAGE SAMPLING TECHNIQUE. VALIDITY OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE WAS CONFIRMED BY SUBJECT MATER SPECIALISTS AND ALPHA CRONBACH COEFFICIENTS REVEALED THAT THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS RELIABLE FOR THE DATA. FOR DATA ANALYSIS SPSS SOFTWARE WERE USED. THE RESULTS REVEALED THAT INFORMAL EDUCATIONS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN FORMAL EDUCATIONS IN PERFORMANCE OF THE VILLAGE MANAGEMENT OFFICES (DEHYARIES) IN GILAN PROVINCE OF IRAN.
