Abstract: 

GRAD-SHAFRANOV EQUILIBRIUM EQUATION FOR FIXED BOUNDARY CONDITIONS HAS BEEN CALCULATED AND THE BOOTSTRAP CURRENT IN DAMAVAND TOKAMAK HAS BEEN OBTAINED BY HIRSHMAN SINGLE-ION COLLISIONLESS MODEL. IT IS SHOWN THAT WE CAN EXPECT TO OBTAIN A LARGE RATIO OF THE BOOTSTRAP CURRENT WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUILIBRIUM CURRENT.
