Abstract: 

ITO THIN FILMS WERE DEPOSITED ON TO GLASS SUBSTRATE BY AN RF SPUTTERING SYSTEM. THE ELECTRICAL, OPTICAL, AND STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF THE FILMS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED AS A FUNCTION OF POST DEPOSITION. IN AN OPTIMUM ANNEALING TEMPERATURE OF 400OC WE HAVE FOUND THAT A MAXIMIZED CONDUCTIVITY, GOOD CRYSTALLINITY AND LARGER GRAIN SIZE OF FILMS IS ACHIEVED WITHOUT A REMARKABLE CHANGE IN THEIR TRANSPARENCY.
