Abstract: 

TODAY 90-10 ITO (INDIUM TIN OXIDE) COMPOUND IS ONE OF THE MOST FAVORABLE COMPOUNDS AMONG MATERIAL WHICH USE AS INVISIBLE CATHODE IN PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVISES. THE MAIN PROPERTY OF THIS COMPOUND IS GOOD CONDUCTIVITY AND HIGH TRANSPARENCY AT VISIBLE SPECTRA IN ITS THIN LAYERS. WE WERE SUCCEEDING IN SYNTHESIS THIS MATERIAL WITH HIGH QUALITY. IN THIS ARTICLE, WE REPRESENT OUR XRD SPECTRA AND OUR STUDY RESULTS ON SINTERING TEMPERATURE EFFECTS IN GRAIN SIZE WHICH HAVE DIRECT RELATION WITH THE FINAL MATERIAL QUALITY.
