Abstract: 

CONSTITUENT QUARK MODELS (CQMS) HAVE BEEN RECENTLY WIDELY USED FOR DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERAL STRUCTURE OF BARYONS. THE BARYON SPECTRUM IS USUALLY DESCRIBED WELL, ALTHOUGH VARIOUS MODELS ARE QUITE DIFFERENT. HOWEVER, THE STUDY OF HADRON SPECTROSCOPY IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO DISTINGUISH AMONG THE VARIOUS FORMS OF QUARK DYNAMIC. IN THIS WORK WE HAVE INTRODUCED AN IMPROVED FORM OF THE HYPERFINE INTERACTION AND ISOSPIN- DEPENDENT QUARK POTENTIAL, RELATIVISTIC ALLY. THE RESULTING DESCRIPTION OF THE BARYON SPECTRUM WAS FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY.
