Abstract: 

IN THIS PAPER WE HAVE DESCRIBED A GENERAL METHOD FOR OBTAINING THE ENERGY SPECTRUM AND EIGEN FUNCTIONS OF QUANTUM HAMILTONIAN FOR A MASSIVE POINT PARTICLE IN THE PRESENCE OF A NONCONSERVATIVE FORCE QUADRATIC IN THE VELOCITY. THEN, BY USING AN EXAMPLE IT IS SHOWN THAT HOW THE ENERGY SPECTRUM AND WAVE FUNCTION CAN BE OBTAINED EXACTLY FOR THE ABOVE HAMILTONIAN.
