Abstract: 

IN THE PRESENT WORK, THE DEPENDENCE OF THE ANISOTROPIC MAGNETO RESISTANCE (AMR) ON THE COMPOSITION OF PULSE-PLATED ULTRATHIN NIXCU1-X HETEROGENEOUS ALLOY FILMS AT 300K AND 77K WAS STUDIED. IN BOTH CASES THE AMR OF THE ALLOY FILMS DECREASES WITH INCREASING CU COMPOSITION BUT WITH DIFFERENT RATES. AMR UP TO 1.1% AND 1.74% WERE OBSERVED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND LIQUID NITROGEN TEMPERATURE RESPECTIVELY.
