Abstract: 

IN THIS RESEARCH, THE PHOTOCONDUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF CU-PHTHALOCYANINE IN XEROGRAPHY PHOTORECEPTORS WAS INVESTIGATED. THE SINGLE AND DUAL LAYER OF CU-PHTHALOCYANINE PHOTORECEPTORS (CUPC) WERE PREPARED USING PHYSICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION (PVD) TECHNIQUE. THEN, THE DARK DECAY AND LIGHT DECAY CURVES WERE DRAWN. THE PHOTOCONDUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF SINGLE AND DUAL LAYER PHOTORECEPTORS HAVE BEEN COMPARED BY DECAY CURVES.
