Abstract: 

PROPERTIES OF A DOPED SEMICONDUCTOR SINGLE WALL CARBON NANO TUBE BY MAGNETIC IMPURITIES ARE INVESTIGATED. IN THE CASE OF STRONG COUPLING WE FOUND THAT THE DENSITY OF STATE OF PARALLEL ELECTRONS WITH MAGNETIC IMPURITY SPIN IS CONTINUOUS (METRIC) WHILE FOR ANTI-PARALLEL ELECTRONS IT HAS A GAP BETWEEN THE VALANCE AND CONDUCTION BANDS (SEMICONDUCTOR). IN THE CASE OF WEAK COUPLING, BOTH DENSITIES OF STATES SHOW SEMICONDUCTOR PROPERTIES.
