NUMEROUS PUBLICATIONS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED IN JAPAN & CALIFORNIA ABOUT THIS MATTER SO THE WRITER AND FARASAKHT CO. ARE GOING TO SHARE SOME OF THESE PUBLICATIONS & EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER COLLEAGUES. TILL NOW, THE CONNECTION BETWEEN HIGH VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT (E.G.
