Abstract: 

THIS PAPER CONSIDER TERMINAL VOLTAGE CONTROL OF SYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR .THE METHOD WHICH IS REPRESENTED IN THIS PAPER IS BASED ON FEEDBACK LINEARIZATION METHOD AND THE MAIN GOAL IS ENHANCING SYSTEM STABILITY AND CONTROLLING TERMINAL VOLTAGE UNDER LARGE SCALE DITURBANCE AND SHORT CIRCUIT FAULT.
IN ADDITION AS THE FEEDBACK LINEARIZATION METHOD DEPENDS ON EXACTLY KNOWLAGE OF SYSTEM PARAMETERS, THE SLIDING MODE CONTROL OF TERMINAL VOLTAGE IS PRODUCED FOR SYSTEM ROBUSTNESS. SYSTEM RESPONSE WHEN REFRENCE VOLTAGE CHANGES AND IN SHORT CIRCUIT CONDITION IS DEPICTED.
