Abstract: 

ONE OF BASIC PROBLEM IN SMALL DIAMETER VASCULAR GRAFTS(LESS THAN 6MM) THAT MADE OF EXPANDED PTFE AND PET IS INCOMPLIANT IN COMPARISON WITH HOST ARTERY. RECENTLY MICRO POROUS POLYURETHANES ARE CANDIDATE FOR THIS SUBJECT. THEY CAN ADJUST COMPLIANCE BY DESIGN MICRO POROUS STRUCTURE. ALSO MICRO POROUS STRUCTURE EFFECT THE BLOOD COMPATIBILITY. IN THIS ARTICLE MICRO POROUS POLYURETHANE WERE MADE BY PHASE INVERSION METHOD. THE EFFECT OF NON-SOLVENT ON POROSITY WAS EVALUATED. MORPHOLOGY OF SURFACE AND CROSS SECTION OF MICRO POROUS PU FILMS WAS STUDIED BY SEM AND BIOCOMPATIBILITY WAS EVALUATED BY L929 FIBROBLAST CELLS.
