Abstract: 

IN THIS STUDY, THE PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF H-REFLEX BEFORE AND AFTER TENS WERE EVALUATED. WE USED PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS (PCA) METHOD TO EVALUATE PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF H-REFLEX. ELEVEN HEALTHY, NON-ATHLETE WOMEN BETWEEN 20-35 YEARS OLD, PARTICIPATED IN THIS STUDY. EACH OF THEM WAS TESTED ONCE AS CONTROL SESSION AND TWICE AS EXPERIMENTAL SESSIONS. IN EXPERIMENTAL SESSIONS, FIFTEEN MINUTES BI-POLAR OR TRI-POLAR TENS WAS DELIVERED TO VERTEBRAL COLUMN. AT LEAST THE SHAPE OF ONE PRINCIPAL COMPONENT, WHICH WAS OBTAINED FROM ALL METHODS, WAS SIMILAR TO PHYSIOLOGICAL WAVEFORM OF H-REFLEX. THERE WERE THREE PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS IN ALL METHODS, WHICH INCLUDE CONTROL GROUP BEFORE AND AFTER STIMULATION, AND EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS BEFORE AND AFTER BI-POLAR AND TRI-POLAR TENS.
