Abstract: 

ISOBOLOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS WAS USED TO DETERMINE THE SYNERGISM, ANTAGONISM AND ADDITIVE EFFECT OF BINARY MIXTURES OF CLOPYRALID AND GLYPHOSATE AND THEIR MIXTURES TO CONTROL ACROPTYLON REPENSE. A FIELD TRIAL WAS CONDUCTED IN COMPLETELY RANDOMIZED BLOCK DESIGN WITH 35 TREATMENTS (IN DOSE-RESPONSE ARRANGEMENTS) AND THREE REPLICATIONS IN SPLIT-SPLIT BLOCK DESIGN AT GOLMAKAN, KHORASAN RAZAVI, IN 2007. TREATMENTS WERE GLYPHOSATE ALONE AT DOSES OF 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 AND 10 1/ HA, CLOPYRALID ALONE AT DOSES OF 0, 100, 200, 300, 500, 700 AND 1000 ML/ HA, 50% GLYPHOSATE (AT DOSES OF 0, 0.5, 1 , 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 AND 5 1/ HA, RESPECTIVELY) +50% CLOPYRALID (AT DOSES OF 0, 50, 100, 150, 250, 350 AND 500 ML /HA, RESPECTIVELY), 25% CLOPYRALID (AT DOSES OF 0, 25, 50, 75, 125, 175 AND 250 ML / HA, RESPECTIVELY) +75% GLYPHOSATE ( AT DOSES 0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25, 3.75, 5.25, 7.5 1/ HA) AND 25% GLYPHOSATE (AT DOSES OF 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75 AND 2.5 L/ HA, RESPECTIVELY) +75% CLOPYRALID (AT DOSES 0, 75, 150, 225, 375, 525 AND 750 ML /HA, RESPECTIVELY). RESULTS SHOWED VOELUND MODEL DESCRIBED THE TENDENCY OF DATA SET MORE ACCURATE THAN CONCENTRATION ADDITION (CA) AND HEWLETT MODELS. ISOBOLOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS SHOWED THE ADDITIVE EFFECT OF BINARY MIXTURES OF GLYPHOSATE AND CLOPYRALID.
