Abstract:

IN ORDER TO STUDY TO THE POSSIBILITY OF DECREASING THE CONSUMPTION OF ERADICANE HERBICIDE IN INTEGRATE WITH MECHANICAL CONTROL IN THE CORN, AN EXPERIMENT WAS CONDUCTED IN SUMMER OF 2008, AT THE FIELD LOCATED IN IN BEYZA BY USING SPLITPLOTS DESIGN IN LAYOUT RANDOMIZED COMPLETE BLOCKS WITH THREE REPLICATION. FACTORS OF EXPERIMENT INCLUDES THE VARIOUS RATES OF PRE PLANT ERADICANE HERBICIDE IN FIVE LEVEL (0, 2, 4, 6, AND 8 LITER IN HA) AS MAIN PLOT AND VARIOUS TIMES OF WEEDING OPERATIONS IN THREE LEVEL (WITHOUT THE WEEDING, ONCE WEEDING AND TWICE WEEDING) AS SUB PLOT. FOR MORE COMPARISON THE TREATMENT WAS CONSIDERATION WITH WEED FREE CHECK. RESULT SHOWED THAT THE EFFECT OF TWICE WEEDING WITH USE VARIOUS AMOUNT OF HERBICIDE DECREASED THE WEED DENSITY AND DRY MATTER SIGNIFICANTLY. SO THAT 4 AND 6 LITER HERBICIDE WITH TWICE WEEDING SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED NUMBER AND DRY MATTER OF WEEDS. MOREOVER BETWEEN EXPERIMENTAL TREATMENT, 4 LITER HERBICIDE WITH TWICE WEEDING TREATMENT, AFTER CONTROL HAD THE HIGHEST KERNEL YIELD AT CORN. THEREFORE WITH TWICE WEEDING IN INTEGRATE CONTROL TREATMENT WAS MORE SUITABLE WEEDS CONTROL, THAT INCREASE THE YIELD AND DECREASE AMOUNT USE OF HERBICIDE.
