Abstract: 

TO EVALUATE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT PARTS OF CYNODON DACTYLONIS L. AND CONVOLVULUS ARVENSIS L. RESIDUES ON WHEAT YIELD, A FACTORIAL ARRANGEMENT WERE CONDUCTED IN THREE REPLICATIONS, IN 2008. TREATMENTS WERE CONSISTED DIFFERENT PARTS OF RESIDUES (INCLUDING LEAF, SHOOT, ROOT AND INTACT PLANT) AND SOIL ADDED RESIDUES IN FIVE LEVELS (0, 40, 60, 80, AND 100 G/M2). RESULTS SHOWED THAT WEEDS DIFFERENT PARTS RESIDUALS DECREASED PLANT HEIGHT, 1000 SEED WEIGHT, AND YIELD AND HARVEST INDEX. INCREASING RESIDUALS IN SOIL DECREASED ALL ATTRIBUTES MORE. DECREASE IN WHEAT YIELD WAS FROM 7% TO 80.5% BY CYNODON DACTYLONIS AND FROM 14.47% TO 88% BY CONVOLVULUS ARVENSIS. ALSO DECREASE RATE WERE DEPENDED ON RESIDUE LEVELS. THE HIGHEST DECREASING BELONGED TO ROOT RESIDUES.
