Abstract:

TO STUDY RESPONSE OF DIFFERENT WEED SPECIES TO ENVIRONMENT CHARACTERISTICS, 32 PISTACHIO ORCHARDS IN 11 VILLAGES WERE SURVEYED IN BARDASKAN, KHORASAN (2008-2009). IN THIS RESEARCH, INFORMATION WAS COLLECTED THROUGH QUESTIONNAIRES, SAMPLING FROM WEED COMMUNITIES AND INTERVIEWING FARMERS. SAMPLING PRACTICES WERE DONE USING 1M2 QUADRATE. RESULTS OF THIS TRIALS INDICATED THAT TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS AND DIGITARIA SANGUINALIS RESPONDED POSITIVELY TO SOIL NITROGEN. PERSISTANCE OFAMARANTHUS SPP, PURTULACA OLERACEA, CHENOPODIUM ALBUM, SETARIA GLUCA, ATRIPLEX HASTATE AND SALSOLA SODA DEPENDED ON PHOSPHATE AND TILLAGE PRACTICES. WEED SPECIES SUCH AS POLYGONUM AVICULARE, SUAEDA FRUTICOSA, HELIOTROPIUM EUROPAEUM, ECHINOCHLOA CRUS-GALLI, RUMEX CRISPUS, ACROPTILON REPENS AND XANTHIUM STRUMARIUM WERE RELATED TO SOIL POTASSIUM, IRRIGATION AND CULTIVATION.
