Abstract: 

DIFFERENT RESOURCES MAY MAKE THE ENVIRONMENT POLLUTED. IN LINE WITH HUMAN URBANIZATION, DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND GROWING INCREASE OF POPULATION, THE WORLD ENCOUNTERED WITH THE PROBLEM OF LAND AND AIR POLLUTION. THIS THREATENS LIFE OF EARTH RESIDENTS IN A WAY THAT IN EVERY COUNTRY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION HAS BEEN CONSIDERED A SERIOUS PROBLEM BY SENIOR OFFICIALS.
NOW A DAYS, ENVIRONMENTAL SITUATION IS IN SUCH A WAY THAT PEOPLE OF A CITY OR A COUNTRY ARE IN DANGER OF POLLUTIONS MADE BY OTHER NEIGHBORHOOD CITIES AND COUNTRIES. IN OTHER WORD, IRREGULAR POPULATION GROWTH, DOMINANT CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT OF URBANIZATION AND ALSO MODIFICATION OF HABITS AND CONSUMPTION PATTERNS IN ONE HAND AND RESTRICTIONS IN PROPER USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES ON THE OTHER HAND, HAVE BEEN LED TO ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INCOMPATIBILITIES. ALTHOUGH, TECHNOLOGY AND URBANIZATION, TODAY BROUGHT FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE BUT CAUSED MANY PROBLEMS THAT LED TO POLLUTION OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.
THE PROBLEM OF CITIES AIR POLLUTION CAUSED BY FUEL OF VEHICLES AND FACTORIES, NOISE POLLUTION AROSE FROM URBAN DEVELOPMENT, WATER POLLUTION CAUSED BY POURING VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL AND NON-INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER AND GARBAGE IN TO WATERS AND PRODUCING GARBAGE AND WASTE MATERIAL IN CITIES ARE IMPORTANT PROBLEMS THAT PREVENTIVE METHODS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED IN REGIONAL AND URBAN PLANNING IN ORDER TO DECREASE THEIR DESTRUCTIVE IMPACTS.
THIS ARTICLE WILL REVIEW WASTE MATERIALS AND DIFFERENT KIND OF CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THAT, RECYCLING SYSTEM AND SOME EXPERIENCES IN THIS FIELD AND WILL PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
