Abstract: 

IN THIS RESEARCH THE EFFECTS OF LEAD POISONS WITH DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5 AND 2 MM, ALSO ABOVE CONCENTRATION IT WAS ACCOMPANIED BY SALICYLIC ACID (5 AND 10MM) ON GROWTH PARAMETERS OF BRASSICA NAPUS L.CV OCAPI WAS INVESTIGATED.
THE RAPE SEED WAS PLANTED IN HYDROPONIC ENVIRONMENT FOR 10 AND 20 DAYS.
AT THE END OF TREATMENT THE ROOTS AND SHOOTS OF CANOLA WERE HARVESTED SEPARTELY AND THE LENGTH OF ROOTS AND SHOOTS, LEAD AREA, FRESH WEIGTH OF ROOTS AND SHOOTS WERE MEASURED. COLLECTED DATA WERE EXTRACTED AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS WITH SPSS STATISTICAL SOFTWARE AND TEST OF DUNCAN PERFORMED. THE RESULT WAS SHOWN THAT THE LENGTH OF ROOTS AND SHOOTS, LEAF AREA, FRESH WEIGHT OF ROOTS AND SHOOTS WITH INCREASING THE CONCENTRATION OF PB (NO3) 2 IN COMPARING WITH CONTROL GROUP WAS SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED (P<0.01).THE DECREASED ON GROWTH OF ROOTS MORE DETECTABLE.
THE 20 DAYS OF CANOLA TOLERANCE VERSUS 1 MM OF PB (NO3) 2 THEREFORE CANOLA IS A PLANT THAT TOLERANCE VERSUS LEAD POLUBION. WITH APPLICATION OF SALICYLIC ACID WITH CONCONTRABION OF (5 AND 10
MM) ALL DAMAGE DUE OF LEAD STRESS MODIFIED THIS RESEARCH INVESTIGATED THAT THE 20 DAYS OF CANOLA CAN TOLERANCE VERSUS HIGHER CONCENTRATION OF LEAD THUS CAN BE USE OF THIS PLANT AS PHYTO EXTRACTION.
