Abstract: 

IN THIS RESEARCH THE EFFECT OF LEAD POISONS ON SOME PHYSIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES ON 20 DAY COLZA OCAPI CULTIVAR WAS INVESTIGATED.
THE RAPE SEED WAS PLANTED IN HYDROPONIC ENVIRONMENT AND WAS UNDER DIFFERENT LEAD TREATMENT OF (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.MM) WITH ABOVE CONCENTRATION IT WAS ACCOMPANIED BY SALICYLIC ACID (5 AND 10
MM) WITH THREE REPEATIONS. AFTER 20 DAYS THE AMOUNT OF PHOTOSYNTHESIS PIGMENTS INCLUDING CHLOROPHYLL A, B AND A + B, AND THE AMOUNT OF PROLINE WAS MEASURED IN LEAF AND ROOT.
THE RESULT WAS SHOWN WITH INCREASING THE CONCENTRATION OF PB (NO3) 2, THE PIGMENTS OF PHOTOSYNTHESIS INCLUDING CHLOROPHYLL A, B AND A + B IN RAPE SEED LEAVES WAS SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED.
ALSO SIGNIFICANT INCREASING WAS SEEN IN THE AMOUNT OF PROLINE IN LEAF AND ROOT AND INCREASING IN ROOT HIGHER THAN LEAF.
USE OF TREATMENT LEAD AND SALICYLIC ACID AT THE SAME TIME CAUSE TO DECREES AMOUNT OF PROLINE AND INCREASE ACTIVITIES OF PIGMENTS PHOTOSYNTHESIS.
COLLECTED DATA WERE EXTRACTED AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS WITH SPSS STATISTICAL SOFTWARE AND TEST OF DUNCAN, PERFORMED.
