Abstract: 

MAJOR OF THE EARTH SURFACE COVERED BY, OCEANS AND SEAS. FROM THE MOMENT OF MAKING THE FIRST WATER WHEEL BY MANKIND, MAN WANTED ABOUT EXPLOITATION OF WATER POWER THAT IS USED BY KINETIC ENERGY OF WAVES OF THE RIVERS, FLOWS AND TIDE. BUT AN IDEA FOR PROXIMATE USE OF RESERVE THERMAL ENERGY IN OCEANS PRESENT THAT IS LIKE OCEAN THERMAL ENERGY CHANGING OR OTEC TO ELECTRICITY. IN THIS METHOD OF TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WATERS OF EQUATORIAL AND TROPICAL ZONES THAT PULL THE WARM SURFACE WATER BY SUN, FROM THE SURFACE TO UNDER THE DEPTH OF 2500 FOOT OF COLD WATER. OVER 800 TIMES MORE THAN CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY MODERN WORLD CAN GENERATE ELECTRICITY FROM THE SUN-ENERGY THAT RESERVED CONTINUALLY IN A HIGH LAYER OF TROPICAL OCEANS. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS AROUND THE TROPICAL ZONES OF THE WORLD, OR ABOUT 20 DEGREES NORTH AND SOUTH THE EQUATOR, WHEREVER THE MOST OF THE WORLD POPULATION LIVES THERE. THESE ZONES NEEDED THE MOST ENERGY, BECAUSE POPULATION GROWTH IS MORE IN THESE ZONES AND LIFE STANDARDS (IN THESE ZONES) ARE COMPARATIVELY LOW AND NOWADAYS MOST DEVELOPING COUNTRIES NEED MORE ELECTRICITY ENERGY (ELECTRICAL). HOWEVER, LIKE OTHER FUELS, THIS KIND'S HAS A RELICS DESTRUCTIVE OF BIOENVIRONMENTAL TOO.
