Abstract: 

IN THIS STUDY, THE SYNTHESIS OF DIMETHYL ETHER BY DEHYDRATION OF METHANOL, USING A SOLID ACID CATALYST (ION-EXCHANGE RESINS GAUGE), AT LOW TEMPERATURE (40 -65°ᴄ), REACTIVE DISTILLATION METHOD HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT, THE MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS AND PRODUCT SEPARATION IS DONE IN A SYSTEM SIMULTANEOUSLY, OVERCOMING THE LIMITATIONS OF CHEMICAL EQUILIBRIUM, AND THUS PREVENT THE FORMATION EFFICIENCY IS AZOTROPE AND OBTAINED THE USE OF CATALYST ACIDITY, SUITABLE DEWATERING PROCESS AND ULTIMATELY THE USE OF REACTIVE DISTILLATION SYSTEMS THAN TRADITIONAL METHODS OF DISTILLATION, SHOWS BETTER RESULTS.
