Abstract: 

Chador Maloo mineral processing plant includes three parallel production lines .the hematite concentrate is produced in a flotation circuit including rougher, cleaner and scavenger stages. In order to optimization of type of requied collector in hematite flotation replacing of lab column flotation with diameter1535 and height 74 (mm) with mechanical flotation cell was investigated.
IN this reserch, column tests were carried out with Asame, Atrac (Berol) and Asame+Atrac collectors. Finally, Atrac+Asame collector was create the best effect in reducing of phosphour. in this conditions was also obtained as follows :value of phosphour in iron production 0.199 (%), phosphour recovery in gangue 64.23(%) separation efficiency was obtained 55.19 . All of tests were carried out in optimum values of operating parameters and pH 10-10.5.
