IN LAST TWO DECADES TRADITIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS WHICH ONLY FOCUSED ON FINANCIAL MEASURES HAS BEEN STRICTLY CRITICIZED. THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO INTRODUCE AN EXTENSIVE MODEL IN ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT USING RELIABLE TOOLS FOR TRANSLATING STRATEGIES AND LOOKING AT ORGANIZATIONS FROM DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES. IN THIS PROCEDURE ROBUST TOOLS, MAINLY BALANCED SCORECARD DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, ARE REGULATED AND SET TOGETHER TO ENSURE THE ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS FULFILLMENT COMPREHENSIVELY.
