Abstract:

PURPOSE: MEASING TESTOSTEVONE LEVELS IN URINE AND SERUM IN CASES AND CONTROLS.
METHODS & MATERIALS: IN A CASE CONTROL STUDY, 50 PATIENTS WITH URINARY TRACT STONE AND IN SO CONTROL PERSONS WITHOUT UROLITHIASIS WE MEASURED TETOSTERONE LEVELS IN WITH RADIOIMUNOESSAY METHOD IN BLOOD AND IN MIDSTREAM MORNING URINE.
RESULTS: IN URINARY STONE CASES AVERAGE TESTOSTERON LEVEL WAS 653.32 NG/DL AND IN CONTROL GROUP AVERAGE WAS 544.90 NG/DL (P<0/01).
AVERAGE URINARY TESTOSTERON LEVEL IN CASES AND CONTROLS WERE 0.4016 MG/DL AND 0.5284 MG/DL RESPECTIVELY (P<0/01).
