IN 3 CASES NEPHRECTOMY WAS DONE FOR END STAGE KIDNEY AND IN THE 4TH CASE RADICAL NEPHRECTOMY WAS DONE FOR MALIGNANT PATHOLOGY. IN TWO CASES AUGMENTATION CYSTOPLASTY WAS DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH SUPRAPUBIC INCISION (IN ONE CASE WITH DILATED URETER AND IN OTHER CASE WITH ILEUM) IN ONE CASE LAPAROSCPIC RT RADICAL NEPHRECTOMY AND OPEN PROSTATECTOMY WAS DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY. IN THE LAST PATIENT WITH HISTORY OF FAILED BOARI FLAP PROCEDURE, LAPAROSCOPIC LT NEPHRECTOMY AND OPEN LT. URETRECTOMY WAS DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY.
RESULTS: IN ALL OF 4 PATIENTS, BOTH MAJOR OPERATION WERE DONE WITH ONE SUPRAPUBIC INCISION ALSO THE QUALITY OF BOTH SURGERYS WAS OPTIMUM.
