Abstract:

A project is a set of activities which are related together and has some characteristics such as goals of project, bodject limitation, start and finish time. There are many methods for controlling a project. Critical Path Method (CPM) is one of them which are useful in mining project management. In this paper we have defined 29 activities and their relations together for lead and zinc sampling, geology and exploration project in Angouran area which is located in west of Zanjan. Results show that 22 activities are lying on critical path.
By drawing cost - time curve it is shown that the curve has the minimum cost (6030/4 milion Rls) in 102 weeks.
